I took my laptop in as it had crashed. Im not a computre genius with regards to programs etc. My system had crashed and I was informed that my laptop needed to be formatted and reloaded.when asked what windows I was runing I replied that wasnt sure but had word perfect, excel, power point and outlook. The technician looked under my laptop and confirmed that I was running Windows XP Professional. I recieved a call the followin day to say I could collect my laptop. When I got home and turned it on... Surprise surprise... NO WORD PERFECT, NO EXCEL, NO POWER POINT AND AN OLD VERSION OF OUTLOOK THAT IS . my laptp is now running a 2002 version! I phoned to enquire and was informed that if I wanted those programs I needed to buy them at a cost of about R1800. WHY??? THEY WERE ON MY LAPTOP!!!
I am shocked and will not use them again, and I will tell my friend and famiy to stay away as well.
