I purchased a Dell Laptop from Game in Boksburg. I have now upgraded the hard drive and re loaded the Windows 7 which was provided pre loaded upon purchase, only to discover that there is no product key anywhere on this laptop. I contacted Microsoft and was told that it is mandatory for this key to be on the computer. I contacted Dell and was told that the Software Support Department only started work at 10AM. This is totally unacceptable as I need my computer sorted out at 09AM
