Faulty parts was sold to me, knowing its not your fault, and most probably the suppliers fault, that i understand. But then when we took back the mother board, there was no arrangements made for a temporary motherboard or maybe just a temporary computer. So you guys left your client without a computer from 04/12/2013 till the 07/01/2014 just because of a faulty mother board you guys sold to me. The fact that the mother board does not want to install sound drives means i received again a faulty mother board. The Ram and the Power supply was working perfectly until we took our computer in with you guys 20.12.2013 for the Ram and then on 07.01.2014 the power supply. There is 8 computers in our house, all fine no problem, I'm 100% sure lightning didn't hit. As for power-surges i can't recall any, so that's not to blame. The first day we brought in the computer, a full assessment should have been done and everything should have been handled there and then without faulty components. I know a fare share of computers, and when we took in that computer only the motherboard was broken. I suspect both faulty motherboards you gave me, messed up my Ram and power Supply.
