I hope you are able to assist, as I now need to escalate my issue,
As after over 2 months from the initial request,
I still am no closer to a resolution to my problem.
My Edgars account has been overpaid by my debt review company by almost R13000.00
I am now trying to get my money refunded as this is not a small amount,
I have been from pillar to post on this issue, and the customer care line is of no use.
As I am told to send an email to an address that I can't seem to get through to and then fax the details (Which I have done 2 months ago),
And then wait, well I feel I have waited enough,
I need this sorted out ASAP.
I even went to the Kollande Edgars branch and spoke to Thami,
She is trying to assist but this has been for a couple of weeks now,
I believe she is also getting the run around.
I need someone to sort this out now as I have been patient and waited enough,
I have supplied all the requested information but I get no follow-up or feedback.
Please assist or escalate to the correct people that can assist,
But please keep me in copy.
