Overpayment on account to be paid back

On noticing that my Edgars account had been overpaid by the debt councilors, I took the matter up with Edgars. I was told at Edgars Tygervalley that there was a block on the account and that the block had to be uplifted for Edgars to pay the money out to me. Due to the fact that it was a Sunday and one had to phone their Debt Review department I waited until the Monday, and spoke to Liniwe Ntsangani who said that the monies needed to be paid into my bank account, I had to provide proof of my bank details, a copy of my I.D. and a letter from our debt councilors confirming that the account had been paid in full. All of this was emailed to Lindiwe Ntsangani, and she received the email as I received a read receipt on 12.10.2013. I then sent an email on the 21.10.2013 to find out when the monies would be paid into my my bank account, again I have had no feedback from Lindiwe Ntsangani, and she did receive the email as I received a read receipt on the 21.10.2013. I do believe that my account is overpaid, and believe that the monies in the account that is overpaid should be paid back to me, and I have done as requested in order to do so.
