Brand new chairs of terrible quality, no response

I received 2 chairs from Coricraft on Tuesday. The upholstery was shocking, with staples falling out and the stuffing showing around the edges. There was glue stuck to the wooden chair legs.

I accepted the chairs but wrote a complaint on the waybill. I then sent photos of the chairs to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] but have not received any response.

We have tidied the broken bits as best we could, but there's nothing we can do about the loose staples as we don't have a staple gun. And anyway, why should I be fixing a brand new chair on the day it is delivered?!
