Went to edgars eastgate to change my cash card as i received numerous sms and not in the country.
went to customer service waited in the que for 30 mins then sent to another que waited 20min. no managers to assist.
when reaching the front of the que the consultants closes up and says he need to have lunch and can not assist me
only one person assisting with queries
POOOR and Terrible service will not shop at edgars
