On the 24th june a debit i had placed on my account went through to edgars even though my edgars account was closed. i then called through and was told to send a mail with my 3 months bank statement and id copy which i did. this was on the 25 a day after the debit had gone through. on the 12 july when i called them to find out what was happening i was taken from pillar to post and Sheila who had asked me for my bank statement and details was not there. the agent told me there was no one else to assist me and they will just have to get back to me. he couldnt tell me when or by who. it has been 4 days since the incident and 20 days since i had sent the email with my details and still no one has bothered to contact me.
