I purchased a Nintendo DS 3D for my daughter a week before Xmas and then went on holiday only giving the present on Xmas day. 3 days later the screen went fuzzy and had to wait till i was back from vacation the 14th Jan to return to the store. They said they will determine if it will be repaired or replaced in 14 days. It is 4 weeks and still do not know the status of the item and called customer care numerous times with no answers. if it is going to replaced then Makro can give one of there stock immediately.
My daughter has not utilised her Xmas gift and it is middle Feb already.
