Today, 23 March 2013 at around 12h00, my mother went to Sheet Street to buy a mirror as a weddif present and the cashier refused to give the slip and insisted that she gave it to her. the argument ensued and she just refused. when other customers came she continued to help those customers and ignored my mother, my mother left without a till slip. Here is the thing, my mother used the exact amount of cash to buy which mean there was not change, so this cashier disrespected an older person and used this sale to rob her employer (your company) by not cashing the money. Please investigate this as this was very upseting for my mother.
