On the 18th May 2013 I returned the Nokia 201 due to the fact that it was giving my mother trouble with it freezing. On returning it I was asked for the till slip and I told the consultant that I was not given one, she then proceeded to call Keith who did not see any problems the fact that he did not give me the till slip. He then told me he would call me when its ready not to come before I asked the time frame he said 27 days then I asked him which number he would call he stated mine. My mother started asking for her phone repeatedly hence she loved it so much and all we could tell her is they said they would call when its ready, She on 20 July 2013 I went to check on the 25 july only to find out that it has been there all along no one bothered to call me to pick it up even the other consultant was shocked as to why he had not notify me it was ready for collection. It was one of the things my mother she asked for all the time but I guess Keith saw no need to do his job he let it say there for knows how long. Worse he signed that I brought it back on the 27 May 2013 when the correct date is the 18 May 2013. We are looking to take further steps against Truworth.
