Today when I was Key West Idecided to go to Mr Price to change an incorrect shoe size of slip on sandals that I had received as a Christmas present. I explained to the security that I didn't have the slip but the slip ons had the Mr. Price tag on them, so the security took note of them, twhen coming to the till my mother in law was paying for other items that she had picked up in the shop. She then decided to add my exchange slip ons which were now R30 more than the original ones as I had seen new ones that I loved and ofcourse the price was different. Now the cashier who was assisting us, I don't her name as she didn't wear a name badge but the name on the slip we received said Nomthandazo Ntlodi, she was very rude and sicastic. My mother in law asked if the store can refund the showes and add the new pair to her account, her response was " why must the store refund you when you don't even have a slip for these shoes" she then put a piece of paper in front of us and required details. My mother in law further onm asked what details was neede as she wasn't specific in her request, "nevermind" the cashier said " you will pay the difference with your account". Very rude I said to her!!
