We placed an order for a lounge suite and were promised delivery before the 23 Feb 2013 as we were having a 40th anniversary party on that day. The goods were paid for at the time of order. The delivery date was not met and a series of excuses were offered for the non-delivery ranging from that the factory had only part delivered our order to the scotch-guarding had not been done. Numerous follow up calls were made, including ones to the store manager and the regional manager Mr. Odga Fisher with no effect. Promises were made and sill no delivery was received. Two complaints were lodged with Ellerines Customer Care Dept which also proved to be a waste of time> I will go to the store tomorrow and get my money refunded and never buy from an Ellerines store again
