Extreme service from Rochester Furniture

Requested a quote for a lounge suite on 28 Oct 2013 scheduled for delivery to Barrydale in Western Cape during December. Quote for suite and delivery costs seemed reasonable, so order & deposit paid. December we paid the balance and were assured of delivery by 21 Dec while we were down there. We awaited delivery. No delivery just extremely empty promises. Result, we returned to Johannesburg but no delivery yet. They had apparently arranged a quote but never confirmed the consignment and now we were informed that we would need to pay an additional amount to get the furniture transported from Cape Town. Have since made regular visits to Rochester to see what is being arranged and each time it's waiting for this or waiting for that. I am now sick and tired of Rochester's empty promises and absolutely no delivery at all. Frustration and time waste due to Rochester mismanagement of our purchase is no longer bearable. They have our money since Oct 2013 and to date all we have is frustration. Additionally, due to their extremely organisation, we would need to make an additional trip to the Western Cape to finally receive the order (if they are able to get together)! Crying out...
