I ordered a full outside dining and lounge set from Wetherlys in mid July. Nearly 3 months later and I'm still waiting for the full order to be delivered. Firstly, the delivery was substandard when it was loaded, so they made plans to re-make the furniture - fair enough, I want quality furniture. The problem is, each time I follow up on my order, I am told I will be called with an update, and nobody calls back. After numerous calls and unfulfilled promises to be called back, I manage to fix a date for delivery and am only told then that two of my items were sent to Durban instead of JHB. No-one can tell me when I will receive those items, and no-one calls back to update me on what is going on. For the rest of the items delivery, I request to be the first delivery since we've been messed around so much already. After numerous promises that we would, we had to wait an extra 2 hours because we were not the first delivery. On inspection, two items are damaged. Delivery of replacement items for the damaged goods and the outstanding goods that went to Durban was confirmed for Wednesday. Nobody pitched up despite arranging for someone to be at home to meet them. Absolutely NO service.
