No response and VERY BAD service

I have bought a lounge suite in November 2012. The initial delivery was on time and good but there it STOP.
I had a problem with the two (2) division cushions and reported that to the branch, late in December they replaced it with a new one but did not scotch guard it, late in January after many visits to the branch the manager came to my house after I said that I am going to cancel the deal. I then told him that I wanted a different brand new lounge suite he said that they would replace it and put scotch guard on. We came to that agreement BUT when they delivered the new lounge suite there was two (2) medium cushions missing. I then went to the store and explained to the manager what the problem was and then he said that the new two (2) division only come with that cushions that they delivered and he had a BAD ATTETUDE. Then I asked them for the regional managers telephone number witch they gave to me. My wife phoned him immediately when we left the store but did not get hold of him, she then explained the situation to Gareth who answered the phone and he said that he will give the message to Odgar (regional manager) BUT UP UNTIL TODAY NO ONE FROM FURNITURE CITY CONTACTED US.
