Good day I bought a Sealy posturepedic bed from Geen and Richards and an few months later there was a problem with it. In December I went to the manager in Mthatha told her about the problem she said she was going to come out and check the bed, in January when no one came to check the bed I contacted customer service they gave me a reference no 168468 .only two weeks ago someone came out to check the bed. I had to contact customer service to find out what was going on the lady told me they would contact their supplier and change my bed. I am still waiting not sure what to do.
