For the umpteenth time I was stuck in a queue at the pay-point at Edgars Vaal Mall. I tried again to speak to the manager, who was not it... yet again. The security lady was just as arrogant as the pay-point operators. At any given time between 11:30 and 14:00 there must have been 18 customers in the queue, with the sum total of two (and at one stage only ONE) pay point open. I want you so watch the CCTV footage, and see how many aged people were in the queue, and nobody from Edgars even noticed it. Why do we have to hang around in a queue for approximately 30 minutes just because their planning (their excuse is always that somebody is on lunch) is up to maggots!! No Edgars, this happens all the time at your branch in Vaal Mall!! Please do not reply with something like... thank you for paying out attention to the situation, we will look into the situation and come back to you... I do not want PR talk, I want action please!!!
