Pathetic Service from Edgars

Went to Edgars to activate the ClubLife club membership. After standing in the queue for some time the lady at checkout pointed me to somewhere else. That lady in return told me "we are offline sorry" and then proceeded to walk away.

I know this is not true cause the checkout counter is indeed offline. They just told me go to boardmans and they will help you. Boardmans tried everything they could but failed cause they do not have edgars club cards.

I'm shocked at the attitude at this store. After I had made a scene because of the service no one seemed to even care.

Everytime I go to Edgars Richards Bay I just feel like my day is totally ruined by staff that don't care at all. It really is not a pleasant store to visit and I make it a point to avoid it at all cost.

I wanted to use some of the benifits offered by the club today but can't because of this. I'm totally furious now and feel like I will close this edgars account now.
