We have been paying this off for the last 3 years at vvm and the amount just goes up and up and NEVER down!!! We get different "outstanding" balances from Jet and from VVM, we ask for a settlement amount... NEVER get a response!!! I am trying to build up my credit record and this is the ONLY one that is holding me back because of lack of service and lack of promise that if we keep to the agreement our records on the bureaus will be updated for payments made and we will NOT be listed as long as we keep to that. We constantly get harassed by vvm and charges added even though i have a debit order on my bank account for this. i need to speak to someone at jet and not vvm, according to the vvm website, there is NO accounts listed on my id number so how can we be handed over?
