To whom it may concern
I would like to express my frustration on the pathetic service I received yesterday at the Cresta - Edgars customer service desk.
I opened up an Edgars account online, and went to the store to just collect my card.
I got to the store at 16:45h, and fortunately there was only one person in the queue, waiting in the queue for ALMOST 45mins as apparently only one consultant could assist me? I asked the lady (Her name was Mitso) if she would still be long, she replies, "Wait, I'm busy" (absolutely revolting service!) When my turn came she took about 20 mins just to fill in my details, and another 20 min JUST TO MAKE A COPY OF MY ID!!!???
If this is the level of service Edgars delivers, I absolutely regret ever opening up an account!
Should I not receive any reply, I will take this up further.
