I was on CNA Cape Gate last week Thursday, 5 September 2013. I went to go and purchase the 50 Shades of Grey books. When I got there, there was only the first two books left (to my dissappointment). When I went to pay, the lady by the till (wish I could remember her name) saw that I only had the two books and asked if she must go and look in the back for any stock of the third book without me even having to ask. Again to my dissapointment there were no extra ones. She then swiped my edgars card which showed up as blocked. She immediately contacted Edgars to sort it out for me. While I was on the phone, she had to run off to assist other customers. When I was done, I did not have to stand and wait in the queue again. A nice gentleman by the name of Brandon assisted me then, the card was still blocked and Brandon immediately phoned Edgards for me again. Once we finally manage to do the payment, i went to the original staff lady who assisted and asked if she could order the third book for me, to which she responded she already has and it should be here by the next week Wednesday, 11 September 2013. I really appreciate all the effort those two people put in to give such a great service
