OTA Airtime subscription

From January trying to cancel my subscription with Edgars OTA no luck they keep telling me that it has been cancelled but still I receive airtime on the 17th of every Month, when i tell them that they say "it is a free airtime" while in my account the R36.00 it will be deducted for that airtime. Am so tired of calling the call centre the service is so poor and at the end of the day I haven't got the help I intended to get.

Please help me I just need to end this relationship with Edgars OTA.
