On 29th October I bought R15 MTN airtime. On 3rd November I bought R30 MTN airtime. I have not received the pin sms for either amount. I have called Edgars Mobile, twice yesterday, and I was told it would arrive late yesterday. Nothing arrived.
I have tried calling today but nobody answers the phone. I have been charged for the airtime and I don't care if your systems are faulty. Either refund me or send me my airtime. I have been patient enough!!
