On the 11th of march i went to Clicks Townsquare Pharmacy with script no:00961193
One of the meds was Denol, i was told they cannot get stock of this item, one other was Klacid for 10 days, 2 tabs a day, which they loaded charged my medical aid and my levy fully, but told me they only had 10 tablets i should collect the other 10 tablets on Tuesday (here i was helped by Angela). On tuesday i was told they were still waiting for delivery, on Friday when i go back again, now they tell me they don't have it and can't get stock so they will give me something else!! you don't need to be a doctor to know when you tart a course of antibiotic you can't change it halfway through the course!!! i told them then i want my script back and the refund on the medicine i was already charged for, so after 30 minutes waiting they finally give me back my script, but now the cashier doesn't want to refund me as she needs proof i paid for it!!! the story goes on but there is not enough space here to tell you all of it!! Enough is Enough of bad service!! by the way i got the meds at another pharmacy within the same day!! So howcome they can't get stock!! they just don't give a dam!!
