I noticed on my Edgars account statement that there were 4 transactions that was not purchases made by me, I firstly battled to get through to Edgars and when I eventually did I was told that it related to buying of airtime. I advised them that I never bought any airtime. I was advised that Edgars would need to cancel the service. How is it that I opened an account to buy clothes I never asked for a service to purchase airtime so WHO GAVE EDGARS THE RIGHT TO LOAD THIS SERVICE AGAINST MY ACCOUNT. Now I am waiting for a call from Edgars to cancel the service of buying airtime on my account and hopefully reverse out the transactions.
