On the 20 February 2013 I bought a belt at John Craig at Brits town and after realizing that it doesn't suite the colour of my shoes. I returned the belt back to the shop the following day. But to my surprise I was told items on sale are not excepted as returns. The problem is they didn't tell me first when I was buying the belt that it wont be taken back, should I want to return it.
Now I want them to give me my money back since they are the ones who failed to explain to me their policy before I could buy that belt. The fact that they have written (their policy) at the back of their receipt is not justifiable. How was I supposed to have read that police before I buy, cause I didn't receive the receipt before I buy.
