I ordered a case for my smartphone on 8 March via Kalahari, since the service has been good to date, or at least speedily resolved upon inquiry.
I needed this product within a certain time-frame, and eagerly awaited delivery. Today, I was informed via email that it is out of stock, and thus my order has been cancelled. It is available via competitors! And no options offered - automated response, without personal care. Is this a new pattern we should expect? I am livid, and now need to source another supplier, and fast-track the order - aaargh! Kakahari!
