I am so off with Foschini and Finrite. So I haven't had my phone for the past four months and yet money is being taken from us, i have been told that my phone was going to be replaced or fixed. I sent in the first report and a promise was made to call me but nothing happened.
My blackberry was sent in June this year its been 4 months and i haven't got my phone yet. Foschini is clueless about the whereabouts of my phone putting the blame on Firnrite after visiting Foschini number of time without any answers I called again today the response i received was my phone is still with the couriers and still needs be assessed so say Firnrite. I mean how long is someone going to wait for a phone that they are paying for. its 3 quarter of the year the insurance department has my phone yet I'm still paying for their rip off services that's ridiculous!!! i need my phone and some sort of feedback would be good, Worst insurance company in SA from Finrite and very bad service from Foschini!!! never have i received such pathetic service, never have i come across such an incompetent company.
Do a proper assessment of the your business partners!!!
