I went to pay my Sterns account at Randfontein Village Square Mall on the 7th. I was there at 16:50 & I was turned away & advised that they are closed. I asked what time do they close & they said they close at 16:45. What I know is that they should close at 17:00. I then told them that they time notice board does not say 16:45 but it says 17:00. I asked since the 7th is the cut off date for interest, who is going to be liable to pay the interest on the account since they closed early & I was told to just go because they are not going to help me. I was disappointed with the service I received. They should better put a note that they close 15 minutes before time ssh this is a total inconvenience. You go somewhere knowing they close at 17:00 only to be turned away 10 minutes earlier. I went out of my daily route just to go pay them but instead they turn me away because they decided to close earlier on the day, this is very unfair.
