I bought a tv from hi fi corp and recently it had a red line in the screen so i took it back for repairs. It has been a few days short of a month and i still dont have my tv back. I constantly phone the service department and get told "i will find out and call you back" no one calls back. Today i phoned annd lost my temper and finally got told my tv was sent to JHB and was returned to the store with the same fault so they sent it back. Why was it not checked before it left JHB, why dont people call back to let me know whats going on, and AGAIN the manors of the customer service is disgustinng, they just put the phone down on you while you are talking. My tv is taking far to long to be fixed and this is the wworst service i have ever recieved. What exactly is your return policy as this has been well over 21 days and my tv hasent even been looked at. I feel as such a big company your service is pathetic, no one knows how to do their jobs. DISGRACEFUL.
