I brouht my cellphone for repair on the 13 January 2014 and was told that ht minutes my fone is repaired i will get an sms or call, between 7 and 14 days. onthe 10th day i phone and was told that there was a delay and they will call me. i waited. on the 12th day i went straight to the shop, some lady checked for me aqnd say, she will call me as soon as it is back from the repairs department. on the 14th day i phoned again, she told me to wait until 28 days, i then decided to call the repairs to find out why is it taking long, and at least they shoud notify me if there is a major problem, to my suprise, the repairs department confirmed that it was received by Ayanda on the 15 January, no sms, no call, nothing, and stil claimed tthat it is not back. what kind of service is that? th whole staff didnt notice that my phone was back/ poor customer service if you ask me. im very disappointed, i missed my phone while it was kept in your office because of your carelessness and negligency
