Very Bad Service

Hello Peter.

I took my Tablet for repairs early Apri for repairs, the consultant by the name Rose told me the device will be fixed in 21 days. I waited 21 days did not get any feed back and no communication at all regarding the status of my device, after 30 days i went in store and i was told my device could not be fixed, lost all my conatacts fotos. They gave me a replacement tablet, which they claimed was new, device gave me problems too, it was heatinup and not charging. Took it in for repairs, was assisted by lady called Rolene she was rude unfriendly and even sweared, got the same 21 days story. waited 35 days no feed back comms, yesterday i took my self to the store they said my device was fixed, i put it on a charger the whole nite and it did not charge.

I call cell c and they took from piller to post, holding for long time as well.
I took the device back again for repairs, and demanded to speak to the manger. Vian.
Told me the same story of 21 days and that thers nothing he can do.

As we speak it has now been 4 month i have been without my device but everymonth Cell is taking my Money.

The serivce is Pathetic and troucious!!!
