Harassment over account

This account was opened by myself a few years ago, I have paid it up once and started utilizing the account again. However, things started going awry as far as my job situation was concerned and I found myself without a job as from March 2009. I advised Woolworths on numerous occasions that I am UNEMPLOYED, and they are still harassing and trying to extort money from me, after I had advised that I am STILL NOT WORKING and dont even have money to pay for the bare necessities. This account is now sitting at ZAR14, 834.64 and it was never so high. How do they think I must pay this, and this amount increases every time. I am also very angry at the fact that they are threatening to blacklist me, we are living in SA, the cost of living is extremely high and people are out of jobs for long periods of time.
