I'm a loyal Clicks customer and so it's only natural that I moved all my pharmacy needs to Clicks, including that of my husband... whom uses insulin (his type1 diabetic). He used to get his insulin from Dis-chem and I found it inconvenient to have to go to two places when everything we needed I could get from Clicks. However since I loaded him onto my clicks profile this year I've had endless problems, some months they have me under insulin and him under the birth control?! I've also had endless problems with my profile before loading him they still have some of my old details on the system and every time if rectify it, the next month it's a different problem. Then at the Kenilworth branch a lady told me that there are 3 profiles on my card with all my old information, maiden surname etc... Needless to say it's rather frustrating and if this problem persists I'll have to move everything back to Dis-chem as my husband's meds are literally life and death!! And can't risk not getting it or paying out of pocket for it because someone at Clicks messed up our medical aid loading process!!
