Clicks Featherbrook Village does not believe in good neigbourship. The owner of the Ocean Basket in the same complex was stung by a bee and is allergic. When they were asked for a Celestamine tablet and explained why they were told it is on a prescription only. Sure it is but being in the pharmacy industry myself and the clients father also a pharmacist-unfortunatly on the other side of Johannesburg-do know that in an emergency you can use your own discretion with a emergency medication. They were not asked for a full container only for one until they could get the patient to her doctor. It might be because off a problem a while ago with one of the pharmacy assistants that claimed that he got ill from the Ocean Baskets fish and did tell the Ocean Basket at the time that he will make sure that nobody from the Clicks store will ever support them... I did launced a customer complain on the Clicks website but had no feedback at all not even a call. I did phone the Clicks the next day only to find out by a very un friendly staff member that the manager is not on duty...? strange... so she couldnt help me at all. Terrible neighbour relations Clicks!
