I complained on the Clicks website on Monday after a terrible experience with Frank at Sandon City. Not only was he bordeing on rude and unhelpful, but he also put two claims through on my medical aid WITHOUT TELLING ME HOW MUCH IT WAS. I was not given any record of the transactions.
To add insult to injury, I complained via the Clicks website on Monday. It's now Wednesday, and guess what... no response from Clicks at all.
I thought I would try the Clicks pharmacy again after poor service in Woodmead a year ago, but rest assured, nothing has changed people. You can still expect the same substandard service and bad attitude you always get from them. Stick to your friendly helpful local pharmacy, I certainly will be from now on.
Clicks - shame on you - you're supposed to be trusted advisors! Not unhelpful grumpy underperformers who can't even get the basics of a transaction right.
