Still NO feedback on CSI request - so disappointed

I wrote a complaint on the 7th of February about Parmalat's CSI department simply not responding to any requests I have sent them via their company website.
On Saturday 9 Feb they called me at 10am and I advised that it was my daughter's birthday party and I couldn't speak. They promised to call back that afternoon. NOBODY called back.
Then they post a reply on this website that they will get back to me and even give me a refence number 13/02/259. Now, another 7 days later NOBODY from Parmalat has still gotten back to me.

This is disappointing, disgusting, poor and treating customers with complete and utter disdain and disrespect.
