On the 9th of March, we contacted the Parmalat Call Centre, probably outsourced to someone else and complained about the fact that we had bought 12 1L E verfresh Long Life milks only to discover that they were all off, their was a think creamy substance on the top of the lid and millions of floating particles the containers, we opened about 4 and they all were the same.
The call centre happily took down my concern and promised that correspeondence would be sent, a few days later i called and asked if their was an outcome, they said that headoffice had sent me correspondence, when i asked what it said, the lady said she didnt know.
4 Weeks on an i still have not recieved the correspondence i was promised, so i contacted the call centr again and they blamed it on the postal strike and basically said, Just wait longer... After fighting to speak to a manager i was told that someone would contact me to hand deliver the letter and vouchers, 4 days later and still nothing...
I am not upset that the milk was off, clearly something happned in the supply chain, at least have the decency to fix the situation with your customer!!!
