I took the Appliance Maintanance plan with Edgars about 4 years ago, in 2012 March, i had my refrigerator broken and i have contacted them, they gave me hard time, called during June 2012 only as if they are going to send somebody to fix it, until today i never head of anything from them. i also demanded a full refund of every premium paid to them and that they must cancel this non existing thing, but unfortunately they are a very mute group.
