Hello Peter. I'm a 27 year old suffering from a bad credit name due to falsely sold Homechoice product in 2011. I was told that I'm being offered a free gift from being a loyal customer. I later returned the "gift" as I was not willing to pay for something I had not ordered. Now I'm suffering from a bad credit name. After Hello Peter helped me settle the matter with Homechoice last year in July Homechoice promised to send me a letter stating that it was a mistake and they will see to it that my name was cleared with credit bureau. I'm now looking for finance for a home loan but the bank is willing to help only if my name is cleared.
Hello Peter can you please help me get the letter of acceptance from HC that I didn't order that good from them and hence I was not owing them anything and clear the HC status with credit bureau. Your help will be highly appreciated.
