Sello Malinga refused to assist Me

Good Day
I received a msg from home choice saying that I am owing, also went to check my credit profile at the bank it confirmed it, I dont owe homechoice anything, I havent placed any order at home choice. today in the morning I spoke to Sello Malinga explaining to him that I dont owe Homechoice anything and asking him to refer my account to accounts dept to check why they r saying I am owing, He refused to assist Me bcos He wanted to update my details and I told him that nothing changed, I still use the same details, cos I already confirmed my contact number and ID Number, He then said, He wont help Me futher if I wont update my details. Its homechoice's mistake in the 1st place to have Me on their credit records while I dont owe them anything and I am the 1 who is beeing dregged on this, cos i dont want to end up on credit bearow for things like this, hence I beg homechioce to check my record and clear my name since I dont owe them anything. Thank You
