On 8 May 2013, I ordered Yorke 4-Piece Curtain Set and 20lt Urn at HomeChoice. I have not received order to date. On 25 May, I found a package delivered on my home address from HomeChoice. They made my 13 year old son sign for receiving order without my consent. The package was addressed to my attention but inside, a letter was addressed to MS N Maqaqa who I do not know together with a pendant and stud earring set as a free gift. On 27 May, I phoned them to query the incorrect delivery. I was told the Urn was delivered and signed off by myself and the earing set is a free gift and while curtains were out of stock. I explained I did not receive the Urn. I was promised they will followup with their warehouse and come back to me, of which they did not. The next day, driver who delivered phoned and asked for my ID numbers as my son's birth certificate gave problems and I provided the ID numbers as I was under the impression that driver works for HomeChoice. On 29 May I phoned HomeChoice to follow up they promised, I was told to do an Affidavit as they are unable to follow up without it. I asked for proof where I signed, they refused to provide. According to HomeChoice I receivced the order.
