I have been a homechoice customer for more than 2 years, and have been happy so far with their service but lately as i requested my credit report i realise that homechoice have listed me that i missed payment for the month ending september 2013 and if i remember my account has been up to date from August and even pay more than the monthly due amount every month, so i would like to request that homechoice sort this out as soon as possible as its affecting my credit score.
I am busy buying a home and homechoice with its wrong defaults payment is standing on the way of the approval of the bank. I would really appreciate a speedy solution to my problem. As for the calll centre i gave up as there seem to be nothing happening to my request.
