Hi. So after almost 3weeks of struggling I finally have my base set and headboard. All thanks to Jardine. Yesterday11March my case was given to Jardine she phoned me at about 11 o' clock. Told her my story and she said she would phone me right back. After a few minutes she phoned again to tell me that my goods will be delivered to me today I was a bit skeptical because all the other people I spoke to also promised but it was empty promises.By 2-3 o'clock my goods was delivered to me. Jardine is the first one from homechoice to actually keep her promise! I would just like to thank Jardine for the excellent customer service that I received from her. Some of the other employees at homechoice can sure get a few tips from Jardine on how to get something done! Thanks Jardine for the excellent service I received from you.
