HOMECHOICE, gave some one who my ID some credit.sometime in May this year i received a statement from VVM debt collectors saying i owe Homechoice more than 7000.00.i couldnt believe it and contacted homechoice and VVM and explained .i was told to fax them my new ID with specimen signatures and an afidavid, which was done in April already, when i phone homechoice they just tell me that they are investigating. The funny part is that iam receiving their statements to the correct address and email wheras it totally differs to the perdon who opened the account.
Now the debt collectors have given me a red letter this month as a last warning that they will take me to court.
i dont know anything about the goods that were taken from Home choice and that was not delivered to my address, why are they threatening me for their own mistake wheras the is living the good life unharmed? this has been going on for a while and they are jeoperdising my career
I work for a financial industry and no one will hire me with such an ugly credit report.
this is very frustrating for me and i feel helpless. they have never responded to my email and NO one has bothered to CALL.Fhatuwani
