Mrs Deyi one of my staff members purchased a Samsung Fridge Freezer combination from Ellerines. It developed a fault which was reported to Ellerines, their service agents could not repair it and it was subsequently taken away in the middle of January 2013. To date neither a replacement or loaner has been received. Despite numerous attempts by Mrs Deyi, my wife and myself the issue has not been resolved. I eventually obtained the job no (111935183) frrom Tertius (Ellerines Claremont) and phoned Samsung call centre it transpired that Samsung only received the complaint on the 19th February 2013 almost a month after the fridge was taken away.
I have never met with such bad service or indifference to a legitimate complaint from any other retailer before and I wonder what needs to be done to get this issue resolved as all our attempts to date have been futile.
