On the 11/06/2013, I purchased a K.I.C. Fridge & Ellies Surge protection plug from Ellerines Branch 105, 481 West Street Durban. I purchased this fridge from a salesman known as Sue who has since left. On the 14/06/2013 Sue delivered the fridge with a dent by his own private vehicle. I reported the dent and promises were made to fetch it. Not long after I realized that the baskets in the freezer were very flimsy and couldn't stack meat. When I personally went to the store to complain, Sue told me that he did me a favor by delivering the fridge to me of which I couldn't understand since delivery charges were paid for. I have since been receiving calls from Marla threatening to take take R 1000 from my pension each month to pay. I have also been receiving statements from African Bank and Ellerines for the Fridge of which I dont understand since the fridge was purchased at Ellerines and not African Bank. How am I supposed to pay or a fridge that I dont use?
