I would like complain about the call centre agent from Home Choice they rude, yes we know they must call us that we haven't paid. But being rude and shout and someone is rude. being polite never killed anyone.
Can the call centre manager address his/her stuff about this. i use to have an account with home choice closed it because of the way the agent speak to a person.
