I reported my problem with Ellerines on hello peter on 07 March 2013, I was then contact a few days later to be told I will receive new beds the very same week. To date I have not received anything neither has anyone tried to contact me to let me know what is the delay.
I cannot believe how unprofessional Ellerines is. Do they just not care???
